A Performance Management Session held at Toshi Automation Solutions Limited, an engaging and insightful initiative aimed at strengthening performance alignment and team effectiveness across the organization. The session was led by Dr. Parul Gupta and Dr. Smita Barik, Professors at the Institute of Technology and Science, who brought valuable academic insight blended with practical workplace relevance.
The primary objective of the session was to establish clarity around the performance ecosystem, identify key drivers of high performance, and enable employees to set personalized SMART goals aligned with organizational objectives. A strong focus was also placed on fostering collaboration and creating teams capable of achieving higher-order performance.
To ensure active participation and experiential learning, the session included a series of thoughtfully designed activities and games such as Head Shoulder Knee Toe, Psychometric Test, Goal Chart, Contradictory Command, Spellbee, and a structured Feedback Activity. These exercises encouraged self-awareness, quick thinking, teamwork, and constructive communication.
